A really fabulous week at Otters Retreat.
The cottage really has got everything you could need and more – spotlessly clean and modern but with an old charm.
Angela and Ian were lovely and took the time to welcome us and check that everything was as we'd hoped during our stay. Little Nancy (dog) also popped in to check in on us at meal times.
The weather was absolutely perfect too.
We'd thoroughly recommend a pint or two in the Wincle Brewery beer garden.

The Brewery makes a great end to a walk and Lyme Park is well worth a visit.

I have lost count of the number of times that we have stayed at Otter's Retreat but we keep coming back because Angela and Ian are so welcoming . The house is beautiful and the views are stunning!
I'm only sorry that we didn't manage a glass of wine with you on the pateo as the weather turned wet.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The cottage was perfectly equipped with everything. The surrounding area was stunning. The home made cake was a lovely touch. All in all a brilliant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this luxurious and beautifully appointed cottage. The area is beautiful and peaceful and the owners, Angela and Ian could not have been more helpful.
